【摘要】 目的 通过60例临床观察，总结分析MEBT / MEBO与综合治疗在烧伤中的应用效果。方法 对MEBT / MEBO与改良削痂术综合治疗深Ⅱ度～Ⅲ度的烧伤患者进行分析总结。结果 60例中死亡1例，对33例深Ⅱ度及Ⅲ度烧伤创面早期进行耕耘减压疗法，20例疗效欠佳，采用改良削痂术后，创面感染迅速控制，治愈率99.4%。平均愈合天数8～13天，5例由于创面过大在肉芽创面上行邮票植皮愈合。经过2～3年随访，深Ⅱ度有轻度软平疤痕，不影响功能。1例疤痕增生，部分功能障碍。结论 MEBT/MEBO与改良削痂术治疗能缩短焦痂液化时间，既利于创面感染控制，又不破坏干细胞原位再生及创面修复。
