中华性学，早于商周，就已提出“闭固”可以延年的命题。并由此派生而提出一系列理论与技术：如愉悦促进健康；促进高潮期的匹配；性心理升华；增加快感技术；性感的集中训练；寡欲--防治性障碍；耻尾肌操和手功；多彩多姿三十法和限制施泻频率等合欢延年精秘。其精髓“闭固长寿”的立论，至今虽还没有生理学的证据支持此说。使璞玉埋光。
