护生独立交接班对护理教学效果的影响

摘要：目的 探讨护生独立交接班对提高护理教学质量效果的影响。方法 将护生分为两组，在不改变其它教学内容的前提下，实验组护生进行有要求的独立交接班。结果 护生独立交接班方式的效果显著好于工作中巡视病人、旁听病房全体交接班、与病人及家属沟通和阅读病历等方式。要求独立交接班的实验组护生的成绩显著好于对照组。结论 护生独立交接班可提高护理教学的效果。

Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effect of the student nurses' delivering shift independently on nursing teaching.
Method: 144 student nurses were divided into two groups(group A and group B). On the premise that other teaching content wasn't altered, group B was required to deliver shift independently.
Results:The effect of delivering shift independently was significantly superior to that of making the clinical rounds,auditting the shift meeting and communicating with the patients and their relatives. The achievement of group B was significantly superior to that of group A. ......
