临床内科杂志/990417 【摘要】 目的 观察充血性心力衰竭(心衰)患者体内凝血与纤溶系统状态。方法 分别采用双抗体夹心法和高效液相法对64例不同程度充血性心力衰竭患者及20例正常人的血浆von Willeorand因子(vWF:Ag)、血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)、血浆D-二聚体(D-Dimer)水平以及尿纤维蛋白肽A(UFPA)进行检测。结果 充血性心力衰竭患者体内上述指标与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),并随心力衰竭程度的加重而增加。结论 充血性心力衰竭患者体内存在有不同程度的血栓形成倾向。

【Abstract】 Objective To examineate the coagulation and fibrolysis condition in congestive heart failure patients.Methods The levers of plasma von Willebrand factor(vWF:Ag),GMP-140,D-Dimer were determined by double-biotin-system ELISA and urine fiberinopeptide A(UFPA) by ion chromatagraphy in 64 hospitalazed patients with congestive heart failure and 20 normal controls.Results There are significant differences(P<0.05)between patients and controls in the vWF:Ag、GMP-140、D-Dimer and UFPA.Conclusion A hypercoagulable state was exited in the patients with congestive heart failure,especialy in the severe heart failure. ......
