临床外科杂志990613 【摘要】 目的 探讨如何提高原发性胆囊癌的早期诊断和有效治疗的方法。方法 对我院43例原发性胆囊癌一般情况、诊断、治疗、病理分型和临床分期等进行分析。结果 首发症状和体征多为腹痛、黄疸及腹块，多见老年患者，就诊时多属晚期，诊断主要依靠B超和CT，手术切除率为52.6%。结论 胆囊癌早期诊断是提高治愈率的关键，手术治疗是胆囊癌治疗的唯一有效方法。
The analysis of 43 patients with primary gallbladder carcinoma

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate how to improve the early diagnosis and effective therapy on primary gallbladder carcinoma. Method The general health,diagnosis,therapy,pathologic classification and clinical stages of 43 patients with primary gallbladder carcinoma were analyzed.Result Primary symptoms and physical signs were mostly abdominal pain,jaundice and abdominal mass,and mainly in older patients,the diease fairly belonged to advanced stage when the patients came to hospital,the B-ulfrasonographg and CT were mainly diagnosis methods,the rate of sugical resection was 52.6%.Conclusion The early diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma was the key to raise cure rate,and the operative treatment was the only effective method to therapy gallbladder carcinoma. ......
