临床外科杂志990610 【摘要】 目的 探讨如何提高胰头壶腹部恶性肿瘤的手术切除率和手术成功率。方法 对1981～1997年收治的71例胰头十二指肠切除术患者的术后并发症、病死率及术前术中诊断情况进行分析。结果 71例中恶性肿瘤61例,良性疾病10例(14.2%),有并发症24例(33.8%),死亡8例(11.2%)。结论 要提高胰头壶腹恶性肿瘤的手术切除率和治愈率,关键是早期诊断、妥善的围手术期处理和精湛的手术技巧。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe how to raise the rate of operative resection and operative succeed on head of pancreas and ampulla malignant tumor.Method The postoperative complication,mortality and the diagnosis during preoperative and operative phase of 71 patients with ancreatoduodenectomy from 1981 to 1991 were analyzed.Result Of 71 patients,61 cases were malignant tamor,10 cases benign diease(14.2%),24 cases having complication(33.8%)and 8 cases death(11.2%).Conclusion The early diagnosis,appropriate perioperative care and excellent operative technique were the key to improve the operative resection rate and cure rate in patients with head of pancreas and ampulla malignant tumor. ......
