低位直肠癌经腹结肠肛管吻合保肛术

浙江临床医学000105摘 要：目的：探讨低位直肠癌保肛手术的方式。方法：自1995年起对8例低位直肠癌行经腹结肠肛管吻合保肛术，经3～47个月随访观察。结果：保肛手术效果满意，无癌肿复发。结论：对低位直肠癌在Dukes’B期以内，癌肿距肛门5cm以上者可行经腹结肠肛管吻合保肛术。

Abstract：Objective: To evaluate the operation pattern of preservation the anus in patients with distal rectl cancer. Methods: Eight patients with distal ractal cancer had qeen underwent radical rectectomy. Coloanal anastomosis were performed by abdominal approach. All of the patients were follow up for 3～47 months. Results: It is shown that the effect of anus preservation was excellent and no recurrence found. Conclusion: In Dukes' B patient with the distance of turn of more than 5 cm from anus, anus preservation with coloanal was recommended by abdominal approach.
