原位心脏移植术后成活28个月

浙江临床医学000103摘 要：于1997年6月19日为一例终末期扩张性心肌病患者施行了同种原位心脏移植术，至今存活质量良好。本例有四个特点：1.供体血HBsAg(+)，HBeAb(+)，HBcAb(+)，术后病人无乙肝病毒感染征象；2.强调供心保护是手术成败的关键；3.采用国产赛斯平作为主要免疫抑制药物；4.术后小剂量免疫抑制药物联合抗排斥治疗，避免了严重并发症。
A Report of one Case Lives for 28 Months after Orthotopic Heart Transplantation

Abstract：One patient with end-stage dilated cardiomyopathy was successfully treated by orthotopic heart transplantation on June, 1997 in our hospital. The patient has been living well and enjoying a high quality life since operation. There are four characteristics in this case: 1. The donor had positive serum HBsAg, HBeAb and HBcAb, but there is no evidence of hepatitis B infection on recipient after transplantation. 2. Proper preservation of the donor heart is a key procedure for a successful transplantation. 3.Domestic Cyspin (CsA) was used as a main immunosuppressant. 4. Low doses triple immunosuppression therapy was effective in preventing rejection and other severe complications.
