24例膜状脂肪坏死病理分析

诊断病理学杂志000212摘 要：目的探讨膜状脂肪坏死的病理组织学结构特点，明确膜状脂肪坏死的诊断指标。方法石蜡切片，HE染色，显微镜检查。结果膜状脂肪坏死的基本病理特点是：以一般脂肪坏死为背景，有囊型和非囊型两种特征性改变，膜状物油红O、PSA染色阳性。结论以上3点是诊断膜状脂肪坏死的要点。

Pathological Analysis of Membranous Fat Necrosis：A Report of 24 cases

Abstract：Objective To investigate the histopathological charactristics and diagnostic criteria of membranous fat necrosis (MFN). Methods Routine paraffin-embedded sections were analyzed in 24 cases with light microscope. Results Three kinds of histopathological changes were observed in 24 cases of MEN：a background of fat necrosis，cystic and non-cystic configuration，and cystic membranes stained by oil red-O and PAS. Conclusiou The above histopathologic features are the diagnostic basis for MFN.
