富于T细胞的大B细胞淋巴瘤

诊断病理学杂志000206摘 要：目的探讨富于T细胞的大B细胞淋巴瘤的病理形态、预后和免疫组化的诊断意义。方法对3例富于T细胞的大B细胞淋巴瘤进行临床、组织病理和免疫组化分析，并复习文献。结果3例中2例女性，l例男性，平均年龄52.7岁。3例之肿瘤性大细胞L26阳性，背景小细胞UCHL-1阳性。富于T细胞的程度为60%～70%。1例见富于T细胞的大B细胞淋巴瘤与弥漫性大B细胞性淋巴瘤共存。结论富于T细胞的大B细胞淋巴瘤可能是不同组织学类型的淋巴瘤的形态学变异体。

Abstract：Objective To study the histopathologic features，prognosis and diagnostic significance of immunohistochemistry in T-cell-rich B-cell lymphoma(TCRBCL).Methods Both clinicopathologic and immunohistochemical aspects of TCRBCL were analyzed in 3 cases. Results There were two female and one male.Their mean age was 52.7 years.Immunostainings showed that neoplastic large cells were L26+，with more than 60%UCHLl+small lymphoid cells on background in all the cases.One paient was complicated by diffuse large B cell lymphoma. Conclusion TCRBCLs could be the morphological variants of different types of large B-cell lymphomas.
