    药物分析杂志000214 摘要 目的:采用高效毛细管电泳法分离泛昔洛韦及其相关物质,测定其杂质的含量。方法:通过研究电泳体系各因素(缓冲液的浓度、pH、运行电压)对泛昔洛韦及其相关物质分离的影响。结果与结论:确定用50 mmol.L-1磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 3.3),运行电压25 kV,检测波长210 nm,在25 min内将泛昔洛韦与其相关杂质分离,并具有良好的精密度和重现性。

    Determination of Impurities in Famciclovir by High Performance Capillary Electrophoresis

    Abstract Objective:A capillary electrophoresis method was set up to separate and determine famciclovir and related impurities is 7-reduced famciclovir,7 and 9 polymer,oxy-degradation.Method:Optimization of pH,concentration of the buffer and voltage were studied.Results and Conclusion:The results showed that with 50 mmol.L-1 KH2PO4 buffer(pH 3.3),25 kV,at detective wavelength 210 nm,famciclovir and impurities is could be base-line separated within 25 min with good reproducibility.The RSD were 1.3% and 3.8% for within-day and day-to-day tests respectively. ......
