摘 要 用固体培养基体外抑菌法
摘 要 用固体培养基体外抑菌法,观察了不同浓度水溶性低聚壳聚糖、壳聚糖、山苍籽油对八叠球菌、枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌、放线菌5406及金黄色葡萄球菌生长的影响,并作抑菌动力学曲线。结果表明,随着时间延长,壳聚糖浓度在0.5%条件下,对5种细菌均能抑制;水溶性低聚壳聚糖在0.5%条件下对5种细菌也有不同程度的抑制作用;而山苍籽油对五种细菌均能抑制,但随着时间延长,效果减弱,可能与其有效成份为挥发性物质有关。
The Comparison of Water-Soluble Oligo-Chitosan,Chitosan and Litsea Cubeba Oil on Bacteriostatic Effect

Abstract It was observed that the growth of Sarcina, Bacillus subtilis, Escheri chia coli, Actinomyces5406 and Staphylococcus aureus were influenced by water-soluble oligo-chitosan, chitosan and Litsea cubeba oil in different concentrations . The bacteriostatic dynamics was also studied. Experiment results showed that chitosan (0.5%) could inhibit all of five kinds of bacteria with the passage of t ime. Water-soluble oligo-chitosan (0.5%) could inhibit five kinds of bateria in different degree. And Litsea cubeba oil could inhibit all of them in the same condition. But, its bacteriostic effect was weakened with the lapse of time. ......
