局部狭窄幅度振荡弹性管内脉动流阻抗分析

    医用生物力学000306摘 要:本文研究局部缓慢狭窄幅度径向振荡血管内血液脉动流的输入阻抗。犬股动脉计算结果表明不论哪一种参数变化,零阶谐频阻抗模(阻力)最大,然后下降,在二阶谐频处发生波动。狭窄振荡频率的变化,使各阶谐频输入阻抗模在一个心动周期内发生不同的变化。狭窄幅度的变化则对输入阻抗模影响较小。

    Abstract:in this paper, the input impedance of a pulsative flow through a vessel with mild stenosis amplitude radically was investigated. The calculate of arteria femoralis of dog showed no matter which kind of stenosis parameters change, the input impedance of the zero order harmonic frequency is the largest, and the others reduce successively. There is a fluctuation when it comes to the second order harmonic frequency, which accords with the physiology fact. The frequency of the stenosis amplitude oscillatory makes the input impedance periodically change in a cardiac cycle. But the Character of the wall of the tube has little effect on the input impedance.
