高血压性脑出血患者血浆t-PA和Pal-l动态变化及临床意义

    中国煤炭工业医学杂志000710 摘 要:目的探讨高血压性脑出血(HCH)患者血浆t-PA和PAI-l动态变化,寻找更有效的治疗方法。方法采用发色底物法对41例HCH患者血浆t-PA和PAI-l活性动态监测,并与健康人相比较。结果HCH患者发病第ld,t-PA活性较健康人明显低.以后开始升高.第10d达高峰,达健康人水平,而后又呈降低倾向。至2ld时明显低于健康人;PAI-1活性与之大致相反。结论HCH患者发病后血浆纤溶活性呈规律性变化,2周后其活性呈降低倾向,为促进血肿吸收,可考虑使用缓和的纤溶激活剂。

    CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THE DYNAMICAL FLUCTUATION OF T-PA AND PAI-I ACTIVITY IN PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSIVE CEREBRAL HEMORRHAGE

    Abstract:To study the regularity of fluctuation of t-PA and PAI-1 in patients with HCH in pursuit of better treatment methods. Methods Activities of t-PA and PAI-1 were dynamically determined by chr0mgenic substrate in 41 patients with HCH, who were contrasted with normal individuals. Results In HCH group, the level of t-PA was the lowest on the lst day, and was increased gradually until reaching the top on the 10th day. After that, it tended to decrease gradually till the 21st day. The changing tendency of the level of PAI-1 was just on the contrary. Conclusion The plasma fibrinolytic activity of HCH changes regularly and tends to decrease gradually after 2 weeks. It is advisable to use releasing fibrinokinase in order to absorb hemotoma.
