    解剖科学进展000312摘 要:在胚胎发育过程中,TGF-βⅡ受体是TGF-β调节牙齿形成通路的关键因素.TGF-β2或EGF表达不足时会严重影响牙齿的发育。TGF-βⅡ受体失活改变了内源性TGF-β信号系统对器官上皮细胞增生的负向调节效应,从而刺激了牙的胚胎发育。 Regulation of TGF on the Development of Tooth

    Abstract:TGF-β Ⅱ R is key point for TGF-β regulating the formation of tooth. Under expression of TGF-β2 or EGF severely affected tooth development. Our results demonstrated that abrogation of TGF-β Ⅱ R Stimulated embryonic tooth development through changing the negative regulation of endogeneous TGF-β signaling upon enamel epithelial cell proliferation.
