The Construct Validity of the Vocational Interest Inventory

Objective: To study the construct validity of the Vocational Interest Inventory(VII). Methods: The inventory's construct validity was cross-validated with correlation's matrix of 18 scales in VII by applying factor analysis. Results: Six factors were produced, these six factors can resonably interpreted the relationship of Holland's hexagonal model of interest. Conclusion: The construct validity of VII was perfect satisfied. ......
