中国血液变学杂志000217 摘 要 目的：探讨脂肪肝患者血液流变学指标的变化及其在临床诊断和治疗上的应用。方法：测定73例脂肪肝患者和与之年龄及性别相匹配的72例正常对照组血液流变学和血脂指标，并对结果进行统计学分析研究。结果：脂肪肝患者组高、中、低切粘度，血浆粘度，纤维蛋白原，红细胞压积和血脂指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.02及0.001)。结论：血液流变学指标的检测，有助于对脂肪肝疾病的早期发现和疗效观察。

Abstract Objective To investigate hemorheological changes and clinical diagnosis and application for the patients with fatty licer.Metyods:To determine hemorheological and blood lipids index in 73 patients wity fatty liver and 72 cases matched with age,sex in the control groups, and to make the statistic analysis of the results. Results:In the patient group hemorheological index incvluded ηbH,ηbM,ηbL,ηp,Fb,HCT and blood lipids index was of significant difference(P<0.02 and 0.001).Conclusion The determination of hemorheological index for patients with fatty licer is good for earlier discovery and observation of healing dffects. ......
