中国血液变学杂志000208 摘 要 目的:探讨锌对血液流学指标的影响。方法:采用新西兰大白兔饮水中加葡萄糖酸锌(锌含量150.0mmol/L)喂养,设正常组对照,满12个月后取血测定血液流变学各指标。结果:加锌组较对照组全血粘度(高切、中切、低切)及血浆粘度明显升高(P<0.05~0.01),凝血酶原时间缩短(P<0.01),胆固醇、甘油三酯及血糖升高(P<0.01),红细胞沉降率增快(P>0.05)。结论:锌可能通过干扰脂代谢引起血液粘度增加,合理用锌对于防治缺血性心脑血管病有重要意义。

THE EFECTS OF ZINC ON HEMORHEOLOGICAL PARAMETERS

Abstract Cbjective: To study the effects of zinc on hemorheological. Methods: 20 New Zealand white rebbits were divided into 2 groups. (control group and glucose zinc supplemental group). Hemorrheological of parameters all rabbits in glucose zinc supplemental group were determined after they were fed with water of glucose zinc (150.0 mmol/L). Results: Compared with the rabbits in control group whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, blood lipids and blood glucose were increased significantly (p<0.05~0.01), prothormbin time was shorted (p<0.01) and erythrocyte sedimentation offerd rate was speeded. (p<0.01), but qantity and quality cells were not changed (p>0.05) in the rabbits of zinc supplemental group. Conclusion: Zinc may result in increased blood viscosity by interfering lipid metabolism, thus the suitable use of zinc is very significant for the prevention and treatment of diseases on heart, brain and blood vessel. ......
