中国新药杂志990406 摘要 90年代在抗真菌药上有很大进展，主要是三唑类的伊曲康唑和氟康唑。实验证明，伊曲康唑治疗曲霉感染有效；氟康唑治疗隐球菌性脑膜炎有效。最新推出两性霉素B脂质体，这种剂型能明显地减轻两性霉素B对肾脏的毒性，并有极佳的疗效。

ABSTRACT Most of the advances in the 1990s have been tied to the introduction of triazoles：itraconazole and fluconazole.Itraconazole has proved efficacious for the treatment the aspergillous infections;fluconazole has proved efficacious for the treatment the cryptococcal meningitis.Lipid contaning formulations of amphotericin B have recently approved.These preparations significantly reduce the risk of amphotericin B induced nephrotoxicity,and have a best efficacy. ......
