中华传染病杂志980302 【摘要】 目的 了解慢性乙型肝炎和肝病时介导凋亡的Fas/FasL表现。方法 以免疫组化法原位检查各种慢性肝病45例的活检肝组织。结果 肝内浸润的淋巴细胞中检出FasL,肝细胞Fas/FasL表达与炎症活动性一致,多分布在界面性炎症区。肝细胞表达FasL,可能也发挥细胞毒效应。结论 新的发现是FasL可在肝细胞结节和肝癌细胞表达,提示有细胞毒效应的FasL在HB相关慢性肝病中有发病学意义。肝癌细胞中未检出Fas而检出FasL,可能是一种肿瘤逃避免疫攻击的机制。
In situ investigation of Fas/FasL expression in chronic hepatitis B and liver diseases Luo Kangxian, Zhu Youfu, He Haitang, et al. Nanfang Hospital,The First Military Medical University,Guangzhou 510515
【Abstract】 Objective To elucidate the appearance of Fas/FasL-induced apoptosis in hepatitis B virus-related chronic liver diseases.Methods Forty-five biopsied liver samples from 44 corresponding cases were investigated by the technique of in situ immunohistochemistry. Results The FasL was detected in the infiltrating lymphocytes.The Fas and FasL expressions were closely correlated with the inflammatory activity.The Fas/FasL signals mostly distributed in the interface of inflammatory region.The hepatocyt expressed FasL which might induce cytotoxicity. Conclusion A new discovery was that FasL was expressed in liver nodules and hepatocellular carcinoma cells,suggesting the FasL might induce cytotoxicity and was involved in the pathogenesis of HBV-related chronic liver diseases.In carcinoma cells,Fas was not detected whereas FasL was detected,implicating a mechanism that tumor cells evaded immune attacks. ......
