摘 要 根据近期文献综述了固定化细胞生物技术在基因工程菌中的应用。质粒的不稳定性对基因工程菌的培养和产物的生产有着极大的影响，将基因工程菌固定化后培养可提高基因工程菌的稳定性、生物量和克隆基因产物的产量。培养条件对固定化工程菌的培养有一定的影响。非生长的基因工程菌的固定化，可提高其半衰期并能稳定操作较长时间。

Abstract The application of immobilized genetically engineered bacteria is revie wed in this paper. The instability of plasmids largely affects culture of geneti cally engineered bacteria and production of cloned gene. The culture of immobili zed cells could increase the stability of recombinant bacteria, biomass and outp ut of product of cloned gene. The stability of immobilized genetically engineere d bacteria is influenced by culture conditions. Immobilization of non-growing b acteria could prolong the half-time of bacteria cell. ......
