扩张时限对皮肤微循环的影响

    潍坊医学院000115摘 要:目的实验观察不同扩张时间皮肤微血管系及其血流动力学的变化规律。方法以兔为实验动物,用激光多普勒微循环显微成像、酶组织化学染色并计算机图像分析等形态学研究手段,观测正常及不同扩张时间皮肤血液流速、流量等血流动力学指标及管径、密度等微血管形态学指标。结果对照组、扩张组在微血管直径、血流速度、血流量及微血管密度方面存在显著差异(P<0.01),直径、流量测量值从第1~3周分别从11.16±1.01um,(11.15±0.85)×105um3增至13.91±1.4um,(15.86±0.93)×105um3,微血管密度在第1~4周从0.022±0.02um2/um2增至0.061±0.003um2/um2,随扩张时间延长上述观测值在出现一过性下降后又呈现同样变化。流速在扩张后增大并维持平均1012.45um/s的较高水平。结论扩张皮肤约3~4周完成一个微血管增生构筑演变周期,达到一次直径、流量及密度最大值。

    Skin Microcirculation Change Fellowing Different Expanding Periods

    Abstract:Objective Experimental study on the changing pattern of the microvasculature and their hemodynamics in expanded skin at different expanding periods.Method Adult rabbits were experimented on.The microvessel diameter,the blood velocity and the blood volume were recorded under the laser doppler microcirculatory imaging system and the microwssel density was measured by enzyme histochemical dying and medical imagine analysis.Result,Compared with the contrast group,the microvessel diameter,the blood velocity,the whole blood volume per second and the microvessel density arised obviously in every expanded group(P<0.01).The recorded values of the microvessel diameter and the blood volume rose seperately from 11.16±1.01 um and(11.15±0.85)×105um3to 13.91±1.4um and(15.86±0.93)×105um3 in the first three-weeks,expanding period.The microvessel density arised from 0.022±0.002um2/m2(the first week)to 0.061±0.003um2/m2(the fourth week).This changing pattern repeated in later expanding period.The blood velocity kept in high level from the first expanding period on.The mean volue was 1012.45±62.01 um/s.Conclusion One angiogenesis phase in skin is about 4 weeks.In the end of this phase,the vessel diameter,the vessel density and the whole blood volume per second reach their highest level of this phase.
