中国医院药学杂志980111 摘要 以薄层扫描法对盐酸麻黄碱合剂中盐酸麻黄碱进行了含量测定。用碱性硅胶GF层析板,以氯仿-正丁醇-乙醇(1∶1∶1.5)上行展开,斑点经显色后,采用反射式锯齿形扫描测定,计算出样品中盐酸麻黄碱含量。回归方程C=2.728×10-4S+1.537×10-2,r=0.9979。

A method for TLC determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in mixtrue had been established.The spots were scanned with CS-9000 scanner at λs=235nm λr=330nm.The developer was cloroform∶n-butanol∶alcohol (1∶1∶1.5).The scanning method were dual wavelength and ZigZag.There was a linear relation between concentration and area in 0.5～2.5μg.The average recovery wes 100.45%±2.96%,RSD=2.95%. ......
