中国新药杂志001113 [摘要]目的：本实验采用高效液相色谱法测定环丙贝特及其有关物质的含量。方法：色谱柱为C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)，流动相为0.01mol/L醋酸铵[pH为(3.8±0.1)]-乙腈(1∶1)，检测波长为230nm。结果：线性浓度范围为0.02～0.2mg/ml，平均回收率为(100.6±0.6)%(n=5)，精密度RSD为0.7%。结论：方法简便、快速、准确。

Determination of ciprofibrate and its related substances by HPLC

[Abstract]Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of ciprofibrate and its related substances in tablets.Methods:A C18 column(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),a mobile phase consisting of 0.01 mol/L ammonium acetate solution (pH was adjusted to 3.8±0.1 with acetic acid)∶acetonitrile=1∶1 and a UV detector at 230 nm were adopted.Results:The established method has a linear limit of 0.02～0.2 mg/ml,a mean recovery of ciprofibrate of (100.6±0.6)%(n=5) and a RSD of 0.7%.Conclusion:A simple,rapid,and precise HPLC method for determination of ciprofibrate and its related substances was established. ......
