岭南心血管病杂志000207 【摘要】 目的 研究阿霉素对老年肿瘤患者心血管系统的影响，探讨老年患者对含阿霉素方案化疗的耐受性。方法 回顾分析24例使用含阿霉素方案进行标准化疗的老年患者，化疗前后心血管系统症状、心电图、心脏B超等方面的变化，统计化疗期间包括各种严重心律失常、心绞痛、充血性心力衰竭等心脏事件的发生率，并与同期使用阿霉素化疗的非老年组进行比较。结果 老年组和非老年组心脏事件的发生率分别为54.2%、13.3%，两组心脏事件发生率相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 阿霉素对老年患者心血管系统的影响明显高于非老年患者，老年患者对阿霉素标准化疗的耐受性较差。
Effect of Adriamycin on cardiovascular system in the elderly

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Adriamycin on the cardiovascular system of the elderly, and the tolerance of Adriamycin in elderly. Methods Twenty-four older patients underwent standard chemo-therapy of Adriamycin, ages 60 to 84 years. Observe the cardiac event rate during the chemotherapy. Compare with another thirty patients of control group, which ages 22 to 59 years. Results Cardiac events rate were significantly higher (P<0.05) in older patients (54.2%) than control group (13.3%). Conclusion The effect of Adriamycin on the cardiovascular system of older patients is more serious than young, and the tolerance of Adriamycin is weaker in the elderly. ......
