肌桥缝接神经处的bFGF复合膜对神经再生的影响

    解剖科学进展000320摘 要:目的,探讨bFGF复合膜对肌桥桥接神经后的再生效果的影响。方法:在自体肌桥缝接缺损神经处置入bFGF复合膜并通过组织学和图像分析等方法对兔正中神经缺损后再生的组织结构进行比较观察。结果:实验侧再生神经纤维的数量及平均直径均明显大于对照侧,具有显著性差异。与对照侧比较,实验则再生神经纤维的髓鞘较厚,着色较深。实验侧桥接段再生神经纤维间的胶原纤维比对照侧的少。结论;在自体肌桥缝接神经处置入bFGF复合膜,可以提高肌桥桥接缺损神经的再生效果。

    The Effect of Compound Membrane Containing bFGF on the Regeneration of Defect nerve in Muscular Bridge

    Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of the compound membrane containing bFGF on regeneration of defect nerve in muscle bridge. Method: The regeneration of the defect nerve is observed by the methods of histology and image-analysis, after the median nerve of rabbits were cut off and sewed with muscle bridge which was surrounded by compound membrane containing bFGF. Results: Amount of regenerative nerve fibers in the experimental group is more than the one in the control group (P<0.05). The myelin sheath of regenerative nerve fibers in the experimental group is thicker and deeper after staining with osmate than the one in the control group. Amount of collagenous fiber among the regenerative nerve fibers in the experimental group is less than the one in the control group. Conclusion: The compound membrane containing bFGF could promote the regeneration of defect nerve in the muscle bridge.
