    摘 要:目的:探索c-myc、PCNA、Fas表达与成骨性肿瘤细胞分化的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法对骨肉瘤、骨化性纤维瘤、骨纤维结构不良、正常骨痂进行c-myc、PCNA、Fas蛋白测定,与肿瘤组织学分级、细胞分化、核丝分裂比较分析。结果:PCNA和c-myc胞核阳性与肿瘤低分化相关,Fas和c-myc胞浆阳性与肿瘤的高分化具有一致性。结论:PCNA高表达是瘤细胞增殖活跃的重要指标;c-myc胞浆表达与细胞分化密切相关,其高表达不能代表瘤细胞的高增殖性。

    Expression of c-myc, PCNA and Fas protein in osteogenic tumour

    Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationship between osteogenic tumour differentiation and expression of c-myc,PCNA and Fas protein. Methods:The expression of c-myc,PCNA and Fas protein were examined immunohistologically in osteosarcoma, ossifying fibroma, fibrous dysplasia of bone and normal bone callus. The results were compared with the histological grading of tumour, cellular differentiation, mitosis. Results: The positive expression of PCNA and c-myc protein in nuclei was associated with poorly differentiated tumours; the positive expression of Fas and c-myc protein in cytoplasms was consistent with well-differentiated tumours .Conclusion:The high expression of PCNA protein was important index of the active proliferation of tumour cells; the expression of c-myc protein in cytoplasm was closely related to the differentiation of tumour cells, and its high expression could not represent the active proliferation of tumour cells. ......
