家猪房室交界区的组织学观察

    解剖科学进展000222摘 要:利用石蜡切片,HE和Masson染色,光镜观测了7例猪房室交界区的形态学和组织学特征。家猪房室结位于冠状窦口前方,大小为7.02×2.65×1.29mm3。传导细胞分两类:①细胞短柱状,有时有分又,细胞质内有横纹,核相对较大,此类细胞多位于结上部和前部;②典型的移行细胞,多位于结的后部和下部。有2例存在副房室结。结上部和前部、房室束、右束支内的细胞在形态上介于Purkinje细胞和心肌之间,未见典型的P细胞。说明猪的传导细胞与其它哺乳动物有差异,但不同形式的传导细胞却在履行相同的传导功能。 Histological Observation of the Pig’s Atrioventricular Junction Area

    Abstract:Using the method of paraffin sections, the morphological and histological features of 7 adult pig’s atrioventircular (AV) junction area were observed by hematoxylin and eosin and Masson’s under light microscope. The AV node lies anterior to the orifice of the coronary sinus and its size is 7.02 × 2.65 × 1.29mm3. Conductive cells are divided into two types:①The cells are column, and have branches sometimes. There are cross striations in the cytoplasm and their nuclei are larger. Thess cells exist mainly in the upper and anterior parts of the AV node. ②Typical T cells exist mainly in the lower and posterior parts of the AV node. Accessory AV node were observed in 2 pigs't heart. THe cell feature in upper and anterior AV node, His bundle and right branch is between Purkinje and myocardial cell. Typical P cells can not be seen. This study shows that there is some differentiation of the conductive cells in race, but the condutive cells of different animal can play the same conductive roles.
