B超引导胸腔内注射尿激酶治疗包裹性脓胸和血胸

脓胸和类肺炎性胸腔积液在积极应用抗生素和局部抽液用 2%～4%苏打(NaHCO3)液冲洗胸腔治疗取得了较好效果，但仍有部分脓胸和血胸患者因胸液粘稠，形成包裹性粘连而使胸液不易引流和抽吸，造成治疗困难。我们采用 B 超引导下胸腔内注射尿激酶治疗粘连包裹性脓胸和血胸取得了明显的效果。采用双盲对照试验，对照组注射等量生理盐水，以探讨尿激酶的治疗作用以排除生理盐水的体积效应，结果报告如下。
