摘要 自1992年2月至1997年12月应用梅花针一期内固定治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折94例，平均随访33个月，结果优良率为96.8%。作者认为，本法手术创伤小，内固定牢靠，不失为处理开放性胫腓骨骨折的一种较好的内固定方法。

Abstract From Feb 1992 to Dec 1997,94 patients with open tibiofibular fracture were treated by primary internal fixation of kntscher nails. An average time of follow-up was 33 months. The excellent and good rate was 96.8%. The author concludes that the operation is a better method to treat open tibiofibular fracture because of little trauma and solid internal fixation. ......
