Abstract In this paper,taking JX-100 X knife system,installed on linear accelerator BJ/6B,as an example,measurement method of St(total output factor of diffusion),TMR (tissue maximum ratio),OAR(off'axis ratio),isocenter localization accuracy and dose distribution etc.was introduced,and part of measurement results are given here.
