自发性高血压大鼠心肌超微结构重构的实验研究

    重庆医学000407摘 要:目的探讨高血压心肌超微结构重构在心室肥大(LVH),心力衰竭期的作用。方法采用不同月龄自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)为实验动物模型,用透射电镜观察心肌超微结构重构。结果SHR心肌超微结构损害明显,10月龄SHR(SHR10),心肌细胞肥大,部分肌丝溶解,浅粒体增生、部分肿胀;18~22月龄SHR(SHR18~22);几乎所有心肌细胞可见大片肌丝溶解,部分Z线消失,线粒体严重受损。结论高血压心室肥大、扩张等心室结构的变化以及心肌超微结构重构程度的加重是导致心力衰竭的结构基础,是心力衰竭患病率和死亡率的决定因素。

    Experimental Study of Cardiomuscular ultrastructural Remodeling in Spontaneous HyPertensive Rats

    Abstract:Aim: To study the role of cardiomuscular Ultrastrucfure remodeling playing playing in LVH and CHF of hyperfensive cardiopathy. Methods: We used the spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR)of different months old as experiment models and observed the cardiomuscular ultrastructural remodeling with electron-microscope. Results:The results showed that cardiomuscular ultrastructural of SHR was damaged evidently. Hypertrophy in cardiac muscle cell appeared, mitochrondria swelling and hyperplasia were found, much myoneme dissolved in SHR of 10 months old. A great deal of myoneme was dissoved almost in cardiac muscle cells. Z line disappeared, mitochrondria were damaged seriously. Coneuinsion:The strucures(ventricular hypertrophy, dilatation) changes and the aggravation of cardiomuscular ultrastructural remodeling were the structure basis leading to congestive heart failure (CHF) and they also were the determinant factor of morbidity and mortality rates with CHF.
