刺五加对冠心病患者血浆血栓素 B2 和6-酮-前列腺素 F1α的影响

中国煤炭工业医学杂志000274 摘 要：目的研究葛根素对冠心病患者内皮素-1(ET-1)、血栓素B2、6-酮-前列腺素F1α血小板功能、颗粒膜蛋白、血小板凝聚试验和血小板粘附试验的影响。方法将冠心病患者48例随机分为对照组与观察组，观察组加用葛根素注射液60ml加入250ml液体中静滴，每天一次，一周为一疗程。结果观察组血浆ET-1和血栓素B2治疗后较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01)，6-酮-前列腺素F1α高于治疗前(P<0.01)，血浆内颗粒膜蛋白、血小板凝聚试验和血小板粘附试验较治疗前均有明显降低(P<0.01)。结论刺五加具有降低血浆ET-1、降低血小板表面活性、抑制血小板聚集和粘附、抗血栓形成的作用。
EFFECT OF ACANTHOPANAX ON TXB2 AND 6-KETO-PGFla IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effects of Acanthopanax on endothelin-1 (ET-1) and blood platelet function in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Method 48 cases of CHD were divided randomly into two groups. The Acanthopanax group was treated with Acanthopanax 60ml iv. qd for one week as a treatment course. Result The level of ET-1 and TXB2 were decreased and 6-keto-PGFla increased, and the level of GMP-140, Pad T and Pag T were reduced after the treatment with Acanthopanax. Conclusion Acanthopanax can decrease endothelin, reduce platelet surface activity and inhibit the platelet adhesiveness and aggregation.
