六、小结
SCH是一种少见但严重威脅视力的内眼手术并发症，该病的发病机制还不是很明确，且在治疗方面不能十分规范统一，后巩膜切开联合玻璃体切除手术是治疗SCH的主要方法。尽管治疗方法在不断改进，但该病预后仍然极差，有效的治疗方法有待进一步研究。
