【摘要】 局部变应性鼻炎是最近提出的一个概念，表现为无全身反应的鼻腔局部过敏反应。其具有典型变应性鼻炎的症状，血清特异性IgE检测与变应原皮肤点刺试验阴性，但鼻腔局部可以检测到特异性IgE和(或)鼻腔变应原激发试验阳性。局部变应性鼻炎被认为是一种独立的临床表型，该文就局部变应性鼻炎近年来国内外的研究进展作一综述。
