    [摘 要] 运用针刺腧穴行针之时活动肩关节治疗肩周炎,与传统的局部循经取穴针刺法进行疗效对比,其有效率分别为98.6%和95.7%,两组有效率之间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);但两组临床治愈率之间差异有非常显著性意义(P0.05);But there was a very significant difference in the clinical cured rate between the two groups.Conclusion The acupuncture combined movement of shoulder joint during manipulation of the needle has a good therapeutic effect on scapulohumeral periarthritis
