糜蛋白酶穴位注射结合针刺治疗精液迟缓液化症疗效观察

[摘 要] 治疗组66例,用糜蛋白酶4000 U穴注肾俞、关元俞配合针刺次、会阴等穴,隔天治疗,5次一个疗程;疗程后第2周及第6周测得液化时间分别由治疗前的61.67±37.33分钟缩短为27.12±18.29和30.76±19.95分钟;总有效率分别为95.45%和90.91%。对照组53例,肌注糜蛋白酶4000 U,隔天1次,5次一疗程;液化时间分别是64.53±16.00、46.23±24.20和58.49±18.12分钟;总有效率分别是77.36%和20.75%。结果:治疗组明显优于对照组,特别是维持疗效时间上有独到之处。

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of AcupointInjectio of Chymotrypsin Combined with Acupuncture in Patients of Semen Delayed Liquefaction

[Abstract] Methods Sixtysix cases in the treatment group received acupuncture at Ciliao(BL32),Huiyin(CV1) and other points combined with injection of 4000 U chymotrypsin into Shenshu(BL23),Guanyuanshu(BL26),once every other day,5 times constituting one therapeutic course.ResultsT5" The liquefying time of semen changed from 61.67±37.33 min before treatment to 27.12±18.29 min at the second week after the end of treatment and 30.76±19.95 min at the 6th week,and the total effective rate was 95.45% and 90.91% on the second and the 6th weeks after the end of treatment respectively;The control group(53 cases) received intramuscular injection of 4000 U chymotrypsin,once every other day,5 times constituting one course.The liquefying time was 64.53±16.00,46.23±24.20 and 58.49±18.12 min,and the total effective rate was 77.36% and 20.75% respectively.〖WT5"HZConclusion The liquefying time of semen and the total effective rate in the treatment group are superior to those of the control group and the therapeutic effect lasts a longer time. ......
