针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎研究思路探讨(思路与方法)

针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎研究思路探讨

    [摘要] 针对目前针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎的研究现状，对今后的研究提出如下建议：①必须加强临床研究设计的科学性；②动物模型的选择不必局限于佐剂性关节炎；③应注重对关节滑膜影响的研究；④应注重对关节内细胞因子调节作用的研究；⑤从免疫-神经-内分泌网络综合调节的角度探讨针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎的机理。
