现代针灸临床病谱的初步探讨

    [摘要] 目的：探讨针灸临床的病谱。方法：选择20世纪具有代表性的五部针灸临床著作和世界卫生组织的《世界卫生》刊登的针灸治疗43种病等6部文献，通过统计、分析、归纳，初步得出针灸临床病谱。结果：通过文献研究得出了针灸能治疗414个病症，有72种病症在6部文献的一半以上有共同报道，这些病症基本上代表了现代针灸临床较为常见并有较好疗效的病谱。另外，作者首次提出了针灸临床病谱的4级划分概念。
