[摘要]目的：观察西药加针刺治疗能否提高单纯西药治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：设针刺加西药治疗组30例，并与单纯西药治疗组21例对照，观察心绞痛症状、心电图和动态心电图心肌缺血时间变化。结果：治疗组心绞痛症状有效率90.0%，心电图改善有效率76.7%，动态心电图平均心肌缺血时间由157.38±275.88分减至24.96±46.12分，心绞痛症状疗效两组比较差异有显著性意义 (P0.05)，但治疗组有好于对照组的趋势。结论：针刺具有提高西药治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效的作用，为临床治疗心绞痛的有效方法之一。

    Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Medication on Unstable Angina Pectoris and Observation on Dynamic ECG

    [Abstract]Purpose To compare clinical therapeutic effects of acupuncture combined with western medicine and simple western medicine on unstable angina pectoris. Methods30 cases of unstable angina pectoris were treated with acupuncture plus western medicine (treatment group) and 21 cases with simple western medicine (control group), and angina pectoris, electrocardiogram (ECG) and duration of myocardial ischemia in dynamic ECG were observed. Results In the treatment group, the effective rate for angina pectoris was 90.0% and for ECG was 76.7%, and the mean duration of myocardial ischemia in dynamic ECG decreased from 157.38±275.88 (min) to 24.96±46.12 (min). There was a significant difference between the two groups in angina pectoris (P0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture can increase therapeutic effect of western medicine on unstable angina pectoris and clinically, it is one of effective methods for angina pectoris. ......
