[摘 要] 目的：研究在TCD下电针取穴治疗脑供血不足的疗效。方法：66例脑供血不足的病人依据TCD分为脑前循环组、脑后循环组和混合循环组，针对不同的系统供血不足，选择不同的穴位，并与20例口服尼莫地平组比较。结果：(1)电针对脑前循环组、脑后循环组和混合循环供血不足引起的头晕，在改善程度上有显著的疗效，并且明显优于尼莫地平组；(2)电针对视物旋转和偏瘫等伴随症状亦有很好的疗效，在改善耳鸣方面明显优于尼莫地平组。结论：电针可以用于各种因素导致的头晕，并对伴随症状有好的疗效。
