[摘 要]通过对李所着《医学入门》一书中针灸学说特点的分析，明确李对针灸的贡献。其所倡导的取穴“尚精简”，刺分迎随、异穴补泻和多元开穴说，丰富和发展了针灸学的理论和方法，在针灸临床中仍有普遍的现实意义。
