    [摘 要] 从选穴、用针、刺法等多个方面介绍了黄选玮教授的临床针灸特色。黄教授在辨证选穴的基础上善用对穴，精于辨证，长于透刺，多法合参；针刺时注重治神、行气和身心俱治；治疗中不拘一法，博采众长，从而使得临床疗效大大提高。
