    [摘 要] 探讨《灵枢·根结》中“根、溜、注、入”的本意及临床运用。以《黄帝内经》等经典文献为依据，结合历代注家见解，深入分析探讨。结果表明“根、溜、注、入”各穴有两方面的特点：与古代文献记载的脉口——诊脉部位相近；与血络关系密切。说明 “根、溜、注、入”可用于诊脉，并可运用泻法包括放血的方法治疗经络实证。
