[摘 要] 目的：探寻治疗类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)的有效疗法。方法：将56例RA患者随机分为铺灸组(31例)和针刺组(25例)。铺灸组取督脉(大椎至腰俞)及双侧相应华佗夹脊，将药粉(羌活、独活、牛膝等组成)和鲜姜泥铺其上，上置艾炷行灸；针刺组取大椎、身柱等穴，单纯针刺。治疗时间均为50 天。结果：铺灸组有效率为100.0%，针刺组为84.0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：铺灸治疗类风湿关节炎疗效显著。
