【摘要】 目的 了解“流脑”死亡事件后某初中师生的认知、行为以及情绪反应特点，为制定突发公共卫生事件的心理干预提供依据。方法 采用自编《突发事件后的心理反应调查问卷》，对某初中学校师生604名进行问卷调查和心理评估。结果 面对“流脑”死亡事件，该校91.1%的师生相信政府可很快控制事件的发展，61.3%的学生认为可怕，56.1%的师生想尽快离开学校，77.6%的学生想得到安慰、开导。被测师生心身症状因子分≥3者占3.8%～7.8%，其中焦虑症状最突出。结论 在处理学校突发公共卫生事件时，对师生实施针对性的心理干预很有必要。
