学龄前儿童624名血清钙磷和碱性磷酸酶检测结果分析

【摘要】目的 了解学龄前儿童血清钙、磷、碱性 磷酸酶含量及其与性别、年龄的关系，并将结果与其他资料进行比较。 方法 采用Beckman-Coulter CX-7全自动生化分析仪测定体检者空腹血清钙、磷、碱性磷酸 酶含量。 结果 各年龄组儿童检测结果比较，其差异无统计学意义( P>0.05) 。钙异常率为2.08%，磷异常率为7.69%，ALP异常率为0.80%。 结论 本组 学龄前儿童钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶异常率明显低于其他地区，但碱性磷酸酶的含量却高于 其他报道。
