【摘要】 目的 了解民工子弟小学和城市普通小学学生健康相关知识掌握情况,为进一步开展针对性的健康教育提供依据。方法 根据《中小学健康教育指导纲要》,分别设计小学中年级(三～四年级)和高年级(五～六年级)健康知识调查问卷,采用方便抽样方法,抽取南京市1所民工子弟小学和1所城市普通小学三～六年级学生进行调查,用SPSS 11.5分析结果。结果 民工子弟小学学生在健康常识及相关行为、常见病知识、安全知识等各方面的知晓率普遍低于城市普通小学,且差异大都具有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。 结论 民工子弟小学学生的健康知识还很欠缺,卫生保健意识也比较差,在民工子弟小学开展健康教育具有重大的现实和社会意义。

    【Abstract】 Objective To learn health knowledge and behaviors among pupils of primary school for migrant workers' children and primary school for ordinary urban children, and to provide basis for performing corresponding health education in the future. Methods According to the basic demands of Outline of Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools, health questionnaires were designed for 3 to 6 grade pupils who were selected from one primary school for migrant workers' children and one primary school for ordinary urban children using convenient sampling. SPSS 11.5 was adopted for data analysis. Results The awareness rates of health commonsense and behaviors, the knowledge related to common diseases and safety among pupils of primary school for migrant workers' children were lower than those among pupils of primary school for ordinary urban children. Most difference between them were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The awareness rate of health knowledge among pupils of primary school for migrant workers' children is low, and their health awareness is not well. It is significant to carry out health education among pupils of primary school for migrant workers' children. ......
