上海市中小学校周边道路交通环境状况(1)

     【摘要】 目的 了解学校周边道路交通环境状况,为社区学龄儿童步行安全干预提供依据。方法 分别在上海市中心城区和边缘城区随机选择3个区,在所选区中各随机选择1个社区,以所选社区内所有学校作为调查对象,于2009年1月对6个社区内42所中小学校周边道路交通步行环境进行实地调查。结果 28.6%的学校大门100 m附近没有“注意儿童”交通标志,76.8%学校门口人行横道线没有设置交通信号灯,45%以上学校门口经过的机动车平均车速在20~40 km/h;上下学高峰时,70%以上学校存在家长拥堵在学校门口导致过街视线受阻情况,60%以上学校门口存在车辆拥堵、车不让人情况, 50%以上学校附近人行横道线没有交警、协管员或其他专门人员维持交通。结论 应加强多部门合作,改善学校周边道路交通环境,为儿童步行者营造一个安全无障碍的步行环境。

    School Environment for Walking Around the Road in Shanghai/ZHOU Yue-fang*, YANG Yi, LUO Chun-yan, et al. * Shanghai Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Shanghai (200336), China

    【Abstract】 Objective To understand the community-school environment for walking around the road, to provide interventions for school-age child walking safety on the community. Methods In January 2009, 3 districts were randomly selected in downtown, another 3 districts in suburb separately. Then, a community was randomly selected in each district. A survey on the road traffic walking environment around the field was conducted in 42 primary and secondary school of these 6 communities. Results About 28.6% of the school gates within 100 meters had no traffic sign "Caution! School ahead", 76.8% of the schools entrance crosswalk lines didn' t set traffic lights. Over 45% of motor vehicles were at average speed of 20-40 km/h when they passing schools. At peak time of going to or leaving school, over 70% of schools had phenomenon that parents block up the road leading to sight obstruction across the street, over 60% of schools had phenomenon that vehicles block up or pedestrian no priority, over 50% of schools had no traffic police or assistant around cross walk. Conclusion Multi-section cooperation should be strengthened to improve the road traffic environment around schools and enforce efforts for children to create a safe and barrier-free pedestrian walking environment.
