【摘要】 目的 了解河北省高中生心理健康与生活压力的关系，为学校心理卫生工作提供依据。方法 在河北省某县随机整群抽取某示范性高中614名学生，采用中学生心理健康量表和自编的生活压力问卷进行调查。结果 52.4%的高中生存在心理问题，以轻度为主。有心理问题学生的客观生活压力和主观生活压力水平均高于心理健康学生；来自学业成就、他人期望、学习负担、亲子关系、师生关系、同伴关系6方面的生活压力对高中生的心理健康都有一定的影响(P值均<0.01)。多因素分析发现，男生、非班干部、身体健康自我评价较差、对待心理问题态度不积极、各类生活压力大的高中生心理健康状况比较差(P值均<0.05)。结论 高中生的心理健康状况与生活压力密切相关，但还受其他一些因素的影响。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between mental health and life stress among senior high school students, in order to provide evidence for mental health promotion in schools. MethodsSix hundred and fourteen students in a county senior high school in Hebei province were sampled by random cluster sampling. They were investigated with "Middle School Student Mental Health Questionnaire" and self-designed life stress questionnaire.ResultsAltogether 52.4% of investigated subjects had mental disorder, mainly being mild. The students with mental disorder had higher objective life stress and subjective life stress than the healthy students. The six kinds of life stress were related to mental health of senior high school students, including the stress of their academic achievement, others' expectation, study burden, parentage, teacher-student relationship and fellowship (P<0.01). Multiple linear regression indicated that the risk factors of mental health among senior high school students were boys, non-cadre in the class, poor self-evaluation of physical health, inactive attitude to mental disorder, and the six kinds of life stress(P<0.05).ConclusionThe mental health of senior high school students is greatly associated with their life stress, but also affected by other factors.
